  • 200 grams Cooked turkey breast (sliced)

  • 2 tablespoons Gluten-free mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (gluten-free)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil or butter (for grilling)

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix the gluten-free mayonnaise and Dijon mustard until well combined. Set aside.

Spread the mayo-mustard mixture evenly on one side of each slice of gluten-free bread.
