  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 slices Cheddar cheese (gluten-free, ensure labeling)
  • 1 tablespoon Butter (unsalted, or dairy-free alternative)
  • 2 slices Optional: Tomato (sliced)

Directions

Step 1

Place the two slices of gluten-free sandwich bread on a clean cutting board.

Step 2

Spread the mayonnaise evenly on one side of both bread slices.

Step 3

Spread the Dijon mustard on top of the mayonnaise on one slice of bread.

Step 4

Layer the turkey breast slices evenly over the mustard-covered slice of bread.

Step 5

Place the cheddar cheese slices on top of the turkey. Add the optional tomato slices if desired.
