Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Gluten-free tortilla wraps
  • 6 slices Sliced deli turkey (gluten-free certified)
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 small Tomato
  • 0.25 whole Cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise (optional, gluten-free certified)
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Peel and pit the avocado, then transfer the flesh to a small mixing bowl.

Step 2

Add the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the avocado, mashing with a fork until smooth and creamy.

Step 3

Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Thinly slice the tomato and cucumber.

Step 4

Lay one gluten-free tortilla wrap flat on a clean surface or plate.

Step 5

Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise (if using) evenly over the tortilla wrap.
