  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 pieces Gluten-free sandwich buns
  • 1 medium Avocado, sliced
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 large Tomato, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise (gluten-free)
  • 2 tablespoons Pickled jalapeños (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, gluten-free breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, finely chopped onion, parsley, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties about 1.5 cm (half an inch) thick.
