Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 0.75 cup Gluten-free sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Gluten-free soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 3 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 2 stalks Green onions (optional, for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
  • 4 cups Cooked rice (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.

Step 2

In a small mixing bowl, combine cornstarch, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Step 3

Toss the chicken pieces in the cornstarch mixture until evenly coated.

Step 4

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
