  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 0.5 cup White onion (diced)
  • 1 small Fresh jalapeño (sliced thin)
  • 1 large Avocado (sliced)
  • 4 pieces Lime wedges

Directions

Step 1

Cut the pork shoulder into thin slices, approximately 1/4 inch thick, and set aside.
