  • 1 cup Sweet corn (cooked, canned, or frozen and thawed)
  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 piece Avocado, sliced
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 0.5 cup Chipotle mayo or chipotle-lime dressing
  • 4 pieces Lime wedges (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat.
