Ingredients

  • 2 slices Gluten-free sandwich bread
  • 4 slices Smoked turkey breast
  • 1 slice Swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 leaf Romaine lettuce
  • 2 slices Tomato
  • 0.5 whole Avocado
  • 0.125 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Toast the gluten-free sandwich bread slices until golden brown using a toaster or toaster oven.

Step 2

Spread 0.5 tablespoon of mayonnaise on each slice of toasted bread.

Step 3

Add 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard on top of the mayonnaise layer on one of the bread slices.

Step 4

Rinse the romaine lettuce leaf and pat it dry with a paper towel.

Cut the tomato into even slices and set aside two slices for the sandwich.
