Ingredients

  • 1 whole Gluten-free baguette
  • 200 grams Smoked salmon
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 100 grams Cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Capers
  • 0.5 small Red onion
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2. Slice the gluten-free baguette in half lengthwise. Drizzle with olive oil.

3. Place the baguette halves on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5 minutes until golden and slightly crisp.

4. While the baguette toasts, in a small bowl, mix cream cheese, lemon juice, chopped fresh dill, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
