  • 2 tablespoons, finely chopped Fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon, finely chopped Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 4 tablespoons Gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 large Egg

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine minced chicken or lamb, finely chopped onion, ginger paste, and garlic paste.

Step 2

Add finely chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, and mint leaves to the meat mixture.

Step 3

Season the mixture with ground cumin, ground coriander, garam masala, red chili powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
