Ingredients

  • 250 g Ground beef
  • 250 g Ground pork
  • 1 medium-sized Zucchini

  • 1 small Red bell pepper

  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 60 g Gluten-free oats
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Grate the zucchini and carrot using a box grater. Finely chop the red bell pepper and onion. Mince the garlic cloves.
