  • 8 Gluten-free slider buns
  • 8 Lettuce leaves
  • 1 Tomato
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, gluten-free breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated.

Shape the mixture into 8 equal-sized patties suitable for slider buns.
