  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 pieces lettuce leaves
  • 1 large tomato
  • 0.5 medium red onion

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally to create thin fillets.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix the salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken fillets.
