  • 1 piece Large egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup Gluten-free semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 pieces Gluten-free mini chocolate bars

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine the gluten-free all-purpose flour, gluten-free graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, and salt. Mix well and set aside.

In a large bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy using an electric mixer.
