Ingredients

  • 0.75 cup Gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 0.25 cup Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower, then cut it into bite-sized florets.
