Ingredients

  • 200 grams gluten-free rice noodles
  • 1 large cucumber

  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 0.25 cup roasted peanuts

Directions

Step 1

Bring a medium pot of water to a boil.
