Ingredients

  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 large Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 large Carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup Snow peas
  • 1 cup Baby corn
  • 2 stalks Green onions, sliced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 tablespoons Gluten-free soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Prepare all the vegetables: cut the broccoli into small florets, slice the red bell pepper, julienne the carrot, and slice the green onions.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water until smooth to make a slurry.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, combine gluten-free soy sauce, sesame oil, and grated ginger.

Heat olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
