Ingredients

  • 3 medium Russet potatoes

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 0 Sour cream (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes.
