  • 150 grams Gluten-free rice flour
  • 150 ml Boiling water
  • 2 tablespoons Cornflour, for dusting
  • 1 small Carrot, finely grated, for garnish

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, shrimp, water chestnuts, green onions, gluten-free soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, sugar, salt, and white pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined and set aside.
