  • 2 cups Gluten-free all-purpose flour

  • 3 quarter cups Hot water
  • 1 pound Pork mince
  • 1 cup Cabbage, finely chopped
  • 2 stalks Green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce, gluten-free
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup Water, for steaming

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine gluten-free flour, xanthan gum, and salt. Gradually add hot water, mixing until a dough forms. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.

Step 2

Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Step 3

For the filling, in another bowl, combine pork mince, chopped cabbage, green onions, garlic, ginger, gluten-free soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Divide the rested dough into two portions. Roll out each portion on a lightly floured surface until it's about 1/8 inch thick.

Using a round cutter, cut out circles from the rolled dough, approximately 3 inches in diameter.
