Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 8 pieces Gluten-free flour tortillas
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 0 Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, shredded cheese

Directions

Step 1

Slice the pork tenderloin into thin strips and set aside.

Step 2

Slice the red and green bell peppers and the onion into thin strips.

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, gluten-free soy sauce, ground cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.
