  • 2 cups Gluten-free all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 cup Pepperoni slices
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato paste

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

In another bowl, beat the eggs and then mix in the milk and olive oil.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until combined. Do not overmix.
