  • 60 grams Almond flour

  • 30 grams Sliced almonds
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 0 Powdered sugar (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Remove the gluten-free puff pastry from the package and let it thaw according to the package directions, usually about 5-10 minutes.

While the pastry is thawing, wash and slice the peaches into thin wedges, around 1/4-inch thick.
