  • 1 cinnamon stick

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).

Roll out the gluten-free puff pastry sheet and cut into circles slightly larger than the diameter of your muffin tin wells.

Gently press the pastry circles into the muffin tin wells to form the tart shells. Place the tin in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the custard.
