  • 0.75 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.75 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 2 cups Oil for deep frying

Directions

Step 1

Peel and slice the onions into ¼-inch thick rings. Separate the rings from each sliced onion.

In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, carom seeds, asafoetida, salt, and baking soda.
