Ingredients

  • 4 slices Gluten-free bread

  • 2 large Avocado
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Fresh basil leaves

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Place mixed nuts on a baking sheet and roast for 5 minutes, or until golden and fragrant. Watch closely to prevent burning.
