Ingredients

  • 200 grams Gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 100 grams Unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
  • 50 grams Powdered sugar
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Cold water
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 50 grams Almonds, chopped
  • 50 grams Walnuts, chopped
  • 50 grams Pecans, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Honey

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free all-purpose flour and the powdered sugar.

Step 2

Add the chilled and cubed butter to the flour mixture. Using your fingertips, rub the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.

Step 3

Beat the egg lightly in a separate bowl and add to the flour mixture along with the vanilla extract and cold water.
