  • 100 grams Ground hazelnuts
  • 2 tablespoons Maple syrup
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 50 grams Powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Water

Directions

Step 1

Warm the milk to about 110°F (43°C) and dissolve the yeast in it. Let it sit for about 10 minutes or until it becomes foamy.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, coconut sugar, and salt. Add the yeast mixture and egg, stirring to combine.

Melt the butter and pour it into the flour mixture. Mix until a soft, sticky dough forms.
