Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Gluten-free puff pastry
  • 100 grams Ground almonds
  • 100 grams Ground hazelnuts
  • 80 grams Granulated sugar
  • 50 milliliters Milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon Almond extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 large Egg whites
  • 30 grams Butter, melted
  • 50 grams Powdered sugar

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine ground almonds, ground hazelnuts, and granulated sugar.

Step 3

In a small saucepan, heat the milk over low heat until warm. Add the almond extract and vanilla extract, stir to combine.

Pour the milk mixture over the nut mixture and stir well until a paste forms.
