Ingredients

  • 1 package (approximately 11 ounces) Gluten-free pizza crust mix
  • 0.75 cup Warm water
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 unit Large egg
  • 1 tablespoon Cornmeal
  • 0.5 cup Tomato sauce
  • 8 ounces Fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 0.25 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried oregano

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free pizza crust mix, 3/4 cup warm water, 1 tablespoon olive oil, and a large egg. Mix well to form a smooth dough.

Cover the bowl with a towel and let the dough rest for about 5 minutes.
