  • 6 Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.5 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 0.25 cup Shredded cheese (optional)
  • 0.5 cup Sliced cooked chicken breast

Directions

Step 1

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free all-purpose flour, xanthan gum, salt, and baking powder.
