Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Gluten-free croissants
  • 200 grams Sliced turkey breast
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 12 leaves Butter lettuce
  • 2 medium Tomato
  • 60 grams Mayonnaise
  • 30 grams Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Slice the gluten-free croissants in half horizontally using a serrated knife.

Step 3

Place the croissant halves on the prepared baking sheet, cut side up.

Step 4

In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard until well combined. Set aside.

Step 5

Thinly slice the tomatoes and set them aside.

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and warm the croissants for about 5 minutes, just until they are slightly crispy and warmed through.
