  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 10 leaves Lettuce leaves
  • 5 pieces Gluten-free tortillas
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Step 2

Cut the chicken breast into small, bite-sized pieces.

Step 3

In a mixing bowl, combine chicken pieces with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well to coat.

Cook the seasoned chicken pieces in the preheated skillet for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked and lightly browned. Remove from heat and set aside.
