Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground beef
  • 50 grams Gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (gluten-free)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 8 pieces Gluten-free mini burger buns
  • 4 leaves Lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium Tomato, sliced
  • 8 small slices Cheddar cheese slices (optional)
  • 4 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 4 tablespoons Mustard

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, gluten-free breadcrumbs, the egg, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, gluten-free Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly using your hands or a wooden spoon until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Step 2

Divide the meat mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a small patty, approximately 2 inches in diameter and about 1/2 inch thick.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the beef patties and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked through and have a nice brown crust.
