  • 200 grams Boneless chicken breast

  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 2 stalks, sliced Spring onions
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon White pepper
  • 1 half, for serving Lime

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

Cut the chicken breast into thin slices.

Step 3

Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.

Step 4

Add the minced garlic, chopped red chili peppers, and sliced shallots to the pan. Stir-fry for 2 minutes until fragrant.
