Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground lamb
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 large Garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 pieces Gluten-free flatbreads
  • 1 small Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 medium Tomato, diced
  • 1 medium Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 100 grams Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
  • 100 grams Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 150 grams Tzatziki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 whole Lemon, cut into wedges

Directions

Step 1

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the ground lamb, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
