Ingredients

  • 4 large Gluten-free tortillas
  • 250 grams Ground beef
  • 250 grams Ground pork
  • 4 slices Bacon strips
  • 200 grams Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 100 grams Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 2 cups Chopped lettuce
  • 2 medium Chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 2

Add ground beef and ground pork to the skillet, breaking the meat up with a spatula.

Step 3

Cook the meat until browned and cooked through, about 8 to 10 minutes.

While the meat is cooking, cut the bacon into small pieces and fry them in a separate pan until crispy.
