  • 2 leaves bay leaves

  • 0.25 cup fresh parsley, chopped

  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil over medium-high heat in a large pot.

Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
