  • 4 pieces Gluten-free hamburger buns
  • 4 pieces Boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 cup Gluten-free all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 12 slices Pickles
  • 4 leaves Lettuce

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the buttermilk with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and ensure they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours to tenderize the chicken.

In another bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, cornstarch, remaining salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and thyme.
