  • 0.5 cup, finely chopped Fresh cilantro
  • 0.5 cup Gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 3 cloves Minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Ground paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat with the finely chopped onion, parsley, cilantro, and gluten-free breadcrumbs.

Step 2

Add the minced garlic, ground cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper to the meat mixture.

Step 3

Using your hands, mix all the ingredients together until well combined. Be sure to distribute the spices evenly throughout the meat.

Step 8

Once cooked, remove the kefta from the skillet and drain on a plate lined with paper towels.
