  • 1 large Onion
  • 2 large Egg
  • 50 grams Gluten-free flour blend

  • 100 ml Oil (vegetable or sunflower)
  • 0 Apple sauce or sour cream for serving (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and the onion.

Step 2

Grate the potatoes and onion using a box grater or food processor.

Step 3

Place the grated potatoes in a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.

Transfer the drained potatoes and onion to a large mixing bowl.
