  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh mint, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 piece Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 piece Tomato, sliced
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, minced garlic, chopped onion, chopped mint, chopped parsley, 1 teaspoon salt, black pepper, cumin powder, and smoked paprika.
