  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 8 slices Gluten-free bread slices
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 4 large Lettuce leaves
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 0.5 small Red onion
  • 4 slices Bacon slices

Directions

Step 1

Place chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound them to an even thickness of about 1 inch.

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Rub this mixture on both sides of the chicken breasts.
