  • 4 cups Vegetable oil, for frying
  • 0.5 cup Jam of your choice
  • 0.5 cup Powdered sugar, for dusting

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, sugar, instant yeast, xanthan gum, and salt. Whisk together until well combined.

In a small saucepan over low heat, warm the milk and butter until the butter is melted. Remove from heat and let cool to lukewarm temperature.

Whisk the egg and vanilla extract into the lukewarm milk mixture.
