  • 50 grams Pitted black olives
  • 4 tablespoons Pesto sauce
  • 4 teaspoons Balsamic glaze
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Lay one gluten-free tortilla on a clean surface or plate.

Step 2

Spread one tablespoon of pesto sauce evenly over the center of the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

Step 3

Place one leaf of lettuce in the center of the tortilla on top of the pesto.

Step 4
