Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 3 tablespoons Sweet soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Chili sauce
  • 500 ml Water for steaming

Directions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine tapioca flour, rice flour, minced garlic, sliced scallions, ground white pepper, and salt.

Gradually add warm water to the flour mixture, stirring continuously until a dough forms. The dough should be slightly sticky but manageable.

Wet your hands with a little oil, then take small portions of the dough (about a tablespoon) and roll them into balls.
