  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 cup Gluten-free barbecue sauce
  • 8 slices Gluten-free bacon strips
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season them on both sides with salt, ground black pepper, and smoked paprika.

Step 3

In a large oven-safe skillet or frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Step 4

Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and sear them for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Transfer the chicken to a plate.
