Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Chicken wings
  • 1 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 4 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 0.5 cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Gluten-free soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
  • 2 Green onions, sliced

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken wings with salt, pepper, garlic powder, baking powder, and cornstarch. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.
