Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free all-purpose flour blend, xanthan gum, instant yeast, granulated sugar, and salt. Stir to mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the warm water, egg, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil until well combined.
