  • 200 grams Gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 100 grams Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Xanthan gum
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon White pepper
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 100 ml Water
  • 1.5 liters Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the buttermilk, 1 teaspoon salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add the chicken drumsticks and turn to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.

In another bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, cornstarch, 1 teaspoon salt, baking powder, xanthan gum, dried oregano, dried thyme, smoked paprika, ground ginger, black pepper, and white pepper.
